No bonuses for employees (after year end). Employees are treated differently - one can get latest newest MacBook for work and mobile phone from company, second will get the old PC that will barely work and used equipment from someone else. No events for all employees including management at once - there are some small events for departments which are more like summer party, not a decent company event with representing results of a year, etc. Overall there is no company culture - everyone is living their own life and treated differently.

many departments are very quick to refuse and lay their responsibility to you., which creates huge workload for some departments and very few for others. Overall cooperation is disrupted.
