      not much pros to write about

      Cons

      very physically demanding on the hands , arms and shoulders, most people get injured after a while and this job pays like minimum wage, it's impossible to reach the bonus and the high standards they have set. also no workalike balance as you MUST do between 1-2 weeks of graveyard shifts during each month.
