Thank you for your feedback and for the time you spent at Evolve. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the flexibility of remote work and the connections you built with your teammates. We recognize that organizational changes over the past couple of years have created periods of uncertainty. While these decisions have never been taken lightly, they’ve been driven by the need to align our structure with the long-term needs of the business and the customers we serve. We know that how we lead through change matters—and we remain committed to doing so with clarity, consistency, and care. We appreciate your perspective and wish you success in what’s ahead.

A Masterclass in Gaslighting, Burnout, and Failed Leadership

Pros

Some genuinely kind and talented peers who are doing their best despite impossible workloads. You’ll learn how much you can tolerate before breaking, which is… something.

Cons

Evolve is a case study in how to disguise exploitation as “high performance.” Management preaches culture and transparency while quietly forcing out anyone who dares to ask for fair pay or realistic expectations. Most teams are doing the work of three people for salaries that don’t even come close to market rate. Leadership’s “direction” changes weekly, often contradicting itself, and feedback is mostly treated as defiance. Promises of growth and opportunity are empty talking points; the reality is micromanagement, shifting goals, and a constant undercurrent of fear. The “high performance culture” simply means: do more work for less money or prepare to be pushed out. It’s degrading, demoralizing, and unsustainable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found connection with your teammates—that’s something we continue to prioritize across Evolve. We want to be clear: Evolve is intentionally built as a high-performance, customer-obsessed organization. That means we set ambitious goals, operate with urgency, and hold ourselves—and each other—accountable to outcomes. We know that environment isn’t for everyone, and we respect that. We also recognize that performance environments must be matched with clarity, consistency, and support. That’s why we’ve taken meaningful steps to improve how we communicate expectations, develop managers, and support growth and development across our teams—while continuing to uphold the standards that drive results for our customers and opportunities for our people. We appreciate your perspective and the time you spent at Evolve.
