Pros

Remote work with no plans to return to an office (yet at least!), decent salary, travel industry is fun!

Cons

When I started at Evolve in 2021, it was a great place to work! Business was thriving, tons of hiring, growing, training, etc. As soon as the market gets tough however, it's no longer about the employees and all about how the company can suddenly survive with the least amount of inconvenience to the CEO. WAKE UP Brian Egan, you are not holding yourself or anyone at the company accountable for your poor decision making the last year. Good luck keeping this one afloat!

For the most part your health benefits are paid for this does include family coverage if you need it. Some managers are pretty cool

Cons

shift bids every 6 months. no work life balance low pay
