Loved going to work, loved that my voice was heard. The co-founders are two of the most incredible individuals. They genuinely care about their employees and it shows. Communication, culture, flexibility, work-life balance, learning opportunities, company wide meetings, good benefits

Cons

The biggest con is that they don’t have an office where I had to relocate. - lower pay for the Denver area, but if you want to love going to work every day, it is 100% worth it and will bring value to your life in every other way.
