- Wonderful and transparent leadership team - Impressively open to ideas from ALL employees - Goal-driven but they don't overwork their employees - Fun and fast-paced This is a company for people who are comfortable with constant change and have the attitude that there is always a solution. It's also a place for people who want to think critically about the work they do. Since it's a smaller but fast-growing company it's easier to see the effects of the work you do, and its impact (both for the good and bad)
Cons
Pay can be a challenge for entry-level because they tend to hire part-time first for entry level and advance you to full time if it's a good fit. There are growing pains in the sense that some teams grow faster than others and the needs to support those high-growth teams can sometimes strain other smaller departments, but that comes with the territory of a new and growth-focused company.
