      Pros

      Evolve's culture mantra is "high-performing and customer obsessed," and leadership demonstrates those values. Leadership team members are never shy about personally getting on the phone with STR owners (Evolve's customers) and then taking action internally when something needs to be improved for our owners' experience. Everyone is held to high expectations and recognized when those expectations are met or exceeded. There is quite a bit of opportunity for a motivated individual's professional growth within the company.

      Cons

      "High-performing" expectations can be a double-edged sword, mostly for those who do not excel under pressure and embrace challenges. There is so much opportunity ahead for this company that it's easy to get bogged down in conflicting priorities and initiatives.

      Pros

      Pros* Strong leadership visibility and accessibility. Clear expectations in sales. Performance is recognized and rewarded. Good earning potential for self-starters. Collaborative and supportive team culture.

      Cons

      Sales are high pressure. Income variability depends on performance. A lot of performance comes with luck of good vs bad leads. Fast pace may not suit everyone. Many processes continue evolving. Requires strong self-motivation. Sometimes hard to see growth when in a sales role.
