      Pros

      The people you work with are great and the atmosphere is friendly. Work / Life balance is respected better than at many other IT companies. If you have the initiative you can find a way to do what you like doing.

      Cons

      Unclear direction for the company and a lot of worrying about job security. Some managers work harder than others, and overall everyone is treated about the same, regardless of effort or outcomes.
