      Pros

      This company is doing very well in the specialty chemical field. A chemist will gain very good experience working here. Benefits are good and opportunities are available for career advancement.

      I have not much to say about the cons. All I can see are the good things in the company.

      Pros

      Challenging Flexible schedules for some Independent supervision

      Cons

      Managers target other managers for bullying that last years. People with chronic attitudes aren't disciplined or dealt with in any way. Raised voices are common.

      Pros

      I gained extensive SAP knowledge and experience. The managers are great and truly care about the employees. Good insurance. Great pay.

      Cons

      Poorly managed AP department. Upper-level corporate managers have no idea what goes on in each department. Contract employees work three-times as hard as direct employees. Direct employees sit around doing nothing, but reaping all of the benefits.
