Fast paced environment; good cross-functional cooperation across departments; Compensation is very good (pay, 401k match, and bonus), especially for a smaller city.

Cons

Inflexible work schedule; long hours (evenings and weekends with short notice) were frequently required. Upper management changed frequently and did not seem to be effective.

Large global corporation that always seems to have the processes and systems in a constant state of flux. Difficult to gain real traction in the market with a constant state of change and uncertainty on the back end. Corporate micro manages the businesses too much. Opportunities are more abundant for Germans.
