      A good company with great people to work with, not a perfect job though.

      Pros

      A good opportunity to work in a friendly environment, learn about the industries of irrigation, lighting, and other related fields. Not the best pay for the labor, but not usually a very stressful job, either. Can be a fun environment at times(not too fun though!)

      Cons

      Low monetary compensation, Can be hard to take time off. Multitasking is essential for this job. Hard work doesn't nessesarily always pay off, or even ensure secure employment.

      Pros

      Though they seem to care about employee wellness I am sure it is for a break on their insurance costs.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible unless you just got out of high school. It is not an option to drink the kool-aid, chug it like a frat brat. The brain washing is unbearable. Management treats hourly employees like ignorant trash. This is not a company for an independent thinker but if you are a Lemming it may be the company for you.

      Pros

      Good stepping stone to the industry with the right store and managers!!!

      Cons

      No employee recignition!!!! The owners of the company fly around in their personal jets to come to the locations to have a meetings on how the employees are not making the stores grow enough by not selling enough isn't the company as a whole that should be working together to make the company grow?!?! They will write you up over the smallest thing no matter how long ago it may have happened! The employees in most stores know more than the manager! The pay rate is low and very hard to move up and earn what could be called a decent wage in the company! Most locations are in HOT states and these guys work 10-12 hour days in the heat with the only a/c in maybe an office or restroom!!!! I really could go on and on but!
