The company is profitable! Still growing & still in the hands of the family for 92 years.The biggest pro of working for the largest family owned business in the green industry, is just that, they treat you like family. I've been employed here for 9 years & everything they have ever said they would do, they have stood behind their words. It's ok to smile & have fun here. The people that work here with you, whether in the same branch, region or even 2500 miles away in another state are always willing to help you learn & grow. Ewing has programs set in place to help you reach your fullest potential & help you grow not only as an employee, but as an individual & in your personal life, as well as career life. With the many locations & positions with in the company, you can expand & broaden your horizons in the green industry to any level. Really valuable training. With the attitude of knowing that if you need help with anything you could literally call anyone and they are more then happy to help. Advancement is there if you want it. With the right team everyday can seem to go by with ease and lack of stress and with fun.
