Pros

Teamwork and cross-functional relationships. All personnel are dedicated and hard working. There are very few Type A, pushy employees and that helps the culture be more collaborative. Everyone is quite driven with no room for egos or hidden agendas!

Cons

Constantly shifting business model can be frustrating but the Executives are doing what they feel will be best for the company and the science!
