Good transport routes to get to the office i.e. motorway, train and bus links. Training is thorough and the team are supportive

MICROMANAGEMENT, Productivity Goals kept increasing, not fairly compensated for the amount of work they give you. They are willing to pay so little while taking so much out of you. Who can live off of $16!? People quit left and right so they hired ALL the time.
