Made great friends and learned a lot about the industry

Cons

Often times you are left to figure it out for yourself. My manager had no idea how to do my job and I was the only one for months which was extremely stressful and caused health problems for me.

Underpaid, horrible culture, leadership is not supportive, they expect you to take on workload from people that have been let go without pay increase.
