Pros
Absolutely, not worth it. Free coffee doesn't give me back my soul after this place has sucked it dry.
Cons
Almost zero communication from management. No training - It's like pulling teeth trying to find out exactly what is expected of you. Everyone has different ideas about how things should be done but they do not communicate between departments. You are expected to use your cell phone, as they just don't care to set you up with the necessary things needed for your job - like a desk phone or computer. They say the parking is free, but give out parking passes that don't work and then threaten to charge you $130 a month for parking. Management expects you to perform tasks but are unresponsive when you need their IT approval to do said task. Even using Adobe requires management to call IT to approve, but they just don't do it. No feedback AT ALL- No one tells you if you are doing a good job, but some are very quick to point out mistakes. The people that make the most mistakes are somehow promoted. They cater to dysfunction. No one in the office talks to each other. The break room was often SILENT when filled with people. I wondered if anyone was even breathing. The atmosphere was grey and sad. No pot lucks or social gatherings. Nothing for anyone's birthday. Obviously very high turnover. They just want dumb yes-men. Keep your head down and your mouth shut. ALSO working for a bunch of Dr's who are just insurance company puppets feels really, really gross.
