Pros

Plenty of room for advancement. Accommodations made whenever possible for personal time off and emergencies . There's lots of work at all times, so I'm busy from the time I arrive to the time I leave, making the day go fast. I truly feel we make a positive difference in the industry.

Cons

There are definitely more pros than cons. If I had to point one out, it would probably be the fact that it is difficult at times to keep office morale boosted with surmounting company goals. But we are a publicly traded company, so I get it.

Pros

Some good co-workers, but other than that, nothing at all

Cons

Over micromanaged, demoralized environment, incompetent managers, pettiness, too much gossip amongst employees and no work/life balance.

Pros

There are no pros here except that a Panera bread is next door. Soufflés and brownies help workers cope with the pressure of all the backstabbing and sneaking around that goes on in the LI offices. Workers extremely cut throat yet make close to minimum wage. How are there so many deadbeats in one place?

Cons

This office has ran itself to the ground. Quick turnaround with temps who have no office experience so they work for cheap which causes high drama and 0 professionalism. Embarrassed to go to work and hear the inappropriate conversations and acts done between employees and management. 2% raises, no bonuses or appreciation for anyone. If new ideas are shared, management or higher employees take credit. Absolutely no room for growth.
