      There are many, they place supervisors in position that have no clue of what they're doing and quite frankly they are not true supervisors they are overpaid babysitters because they have no authority. Salary is not based on skills and experience. It's based on how much you are liked.

      Pros

      micro manage, long working hours, expect to work on weekends and nights, no team work. They do not allow even talking to other co-workers, expect you to work the whole 9 -10 hours (yes you will not be working 8 hours) head down. No work life balance. They certainly do not care about you or your family. All they want is someone obey the management order, and work like a dog.

      horrible staff, the managers do not care about you at all and nobody has a clue what they're doing. The whole company is a joke
