Pros

Colleague referred me. My colleague was very informative and felt it was going to be a nice fit. She was actually doing well with this company....well until they had some supervisor changes.

Cons

Had a Crazy trainer! Seemed nice until she learned of my education status and years of experience as an RN in critical field. Which was more than hers. The rest of the day all she talked about was going back to school and herself...guess class was over. Then found out I wouldn't fit in b/c of my education and returning back to school to complete my degree. Seems like a company would want retention of qualified employees.

Good Office Experience

Pros

Great way to get some office experience. The job itself is relatively easy if you're organized and think quick on your feet. A big mix of personalities.

Cons

Work distribution is unfair. If you prove that you're a reliable worker they tend to give you more work without mention of raises. It really deflates your self esteem knowing you are working harder than some of the other workers for the same pay. Some people are beginning to take advantage of doing less work knowing that their department will pick up the slack, this causes tension within departments. Your better workers are getting burnt out.
