Clear pathway to development, they support and pay for external courses and qualifications. I have completed a Chartered Management course but others have chosen Cert Cii. I’ve always known leaders to be involved and lead from the front. Clear structure and expectations.

Most of the people at the depot are a laugh, and it's nice to work outside.

Cons

It's hard work for low pay and is unpleasant during winter months. Management in the London branch is not everyone's cup of tea. Full time hours are also physically draining.
