Pros

Great coworkers that pitched in when needed. Working remotely, when allowed, was nice. However, this was regularly taken away from the entire team for no apparent reason. Potential opportunity for growth.

Cons

Micromanagement from supervisor and upper management (particularly the GM). Communication was usually punitive in nature. "Secretive environment" regarding all changes in the work process. Many employees expressed concern that they would be fired if they were sick, had to schedule a doctor's appointment during the day, or requested too much vacation time. Turnover is very high.

Pros

I cant think of many pros for this position

Cons

terrible management, lack of growth within, this is literally a job not a place for a potential career, over worked, under paid and under appreciated, the pay is horrible for the amount of work that is expected, lack of empathy for workers, rules does not apply to everyone, obvious favoritism, when one gets sick everyone gets sick and you better not dare call out if you have no PTO days to use, speaking of PTO- 1 day a month (vacation and sick time is included in this), need I continue?

Pros

Good salary and benefits, high customer service..

Cons

Management does not treat staff members equally. Over a 6 yr period with the company, I witnessed certain employees receive accommodations for work schedule, time off, and even work space, where others were kept to a standard. Certain supervisors confide in some employees in an inappropriate way: revealing information regarding company or personnel that should be confidential. Company is numbers driven which sometimes leaves out the human factor.
