Good exposure to latest technologies.
Cons
1) Can't trust on CEO and CTO wording, first, they make the make the commitments and then refused to agree on what they actually said. 2) Policy change on the fly and will be imposed on you once you put the resignation 3) Unprofessional finance/HR team, they won't reply until or unless you keep CEO into the loop. 4) They are just harassing employee by saying that the organization is under debt so can't disburse the VPC and salary increments.
