I joined this company recently. Before Joining, like all of you do, I also went through the Glassoor review and was little hesitant to join them. However, I joined. I would love to share this that the feedback written by others is not true. This is an amazing company. Open culture, positive environment, extremely humble senior management, flexible timings, Quality work, good salaries........what else do you need? Good part is that senior management is always open to feedback and want to keep improving. That's the reason they emphasize a lot on exit interviews to get the feedback.
Cons
Right now they have two office in sector 65. they should combine it. That ways people will get more opportunity to work under same roof.
