Pros

-Salary, medical and retirement benefits are great -Co-workers are friendly, for the most part -Great mission and values

Cons

Excelsior sets out to do something great, I believed in the mission - however tools are resources were not available to complete job as required. Unorganized, behind in technology, poor communication across departments, projects started without processes in place, no career ladder in place, processes do not make sense, decisions and judgement are made without looking at accurate statistics, shady decision making, some back stabbing, reckless spending with funds, no loyalty, double standards all over

Pros

It's a standard faculty job so I know how to do it without guidance. Good thing as the "training" is so poor and those doing the training are rude and clearly don't serve the mission and values that are preached in the videos.

Cons

I am pretty new but so far not impressed. The HR and faculty onboarding, as well as leadership is pretty toxic already. If this is a glimpse into this company, oh boy. I'm about to have an acid bath.
