Caring employees, decent benefits (though they've been declining), flexibility, a willingness to receive feedback from management.

Cons

Zero growth opportunities, no cost of living/salary increases, inconsistencies between departments, more accountability on some departments vs. others. I would love to remain employed at Excelsior College, but a lack of career opportunities internally is causing me to look elsewhere.
