Working condition is flexible for my position but it is not for everyone

Cons

Low salary, no benefits, HR is careless and puppets of CEO, no room to be promoted or grow and so much more. CEO thinks he is the king of this whole company and can do whatever he wants. Where is decent HR? with a decent salary and benefits and business module sucks. We are always challenged by clients for non sense issues. This company needs to be next level to grow. And please don’t exaggerate or leave fraud comments to fool candidates. Yes YOU! MANATEMENT PEOPLE WHO ARE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF CEO AND FOUNDER
