      they terminated many of the staff suddenly with notice of 2 weeks because they want to reduce cost, HR asked employees to go to the court! worst company in my career journey. no rights paid during termination

      Our company does not provide medical insurance or additional benefits. The salary offered is not competitive, lacking desirable compensation. It seems that the company offers very little support to its IT employees, treating them as mere puppets. Only when everything goes well, an engineer may receive some appreciation. However, if any issues arise, such as escalating to a level 2 or 3, the company exploits your mistakes, deducting points from your performance and even resorting to remote termination of employment. You can definitely enhance your skills here. While we may not guarantee a comprehensive growth, you can certainly acquire fundamental technical knowledge
