Execusource is truly a great place to work. They encourage growth, not only professionally but personally as well. They give you all the resources you need to succeed! Even the large national recruiting agencies require their employees to pay for their own resources to source for candidates, but with Execusource, they invest in you! Our culture is also the best. We are team oriented and support one another to reach their goals.

The team gets along really well and everyone is pretty willing to help. The Team Leads also manage their own accounts but it's not as cutthroat as some firms out there. The President sits on the sales floor with everyone and spends a lot of his time recruiting new people. Nobody cares if you leave at 5:30 as long as you're working hard during the day. They seem to really be trying to step up their game with a new training program but it's still in early stages so we'll see. The top sales people and recruiters who have been here at least a couple years supposedly all make really good money. They pay an annual bonus and are also doing a ski trip this year in Santa Fe for top producers.
