      Pros

      - Really focus on delivering a great candidate experience even after a placement. - Flexibility with working with clients to find a solution that benefits all parties involved. - Expanding office due to growth - Great office culture, team environment where everyone wants to see you succeed. - No micromanagement. - Flexibility - Volunteer Opportunities! - Great modern office location close to downtown in the 5 points district. Also really close to RiNo -Gym at office -paid parking - occasional catered lunches and happy hours the list goes on...

      Cons

      None that ExecuSource specific. Recruiting has good days and bad days! Perseverance is key!

      Pros

      -The people! I have had the pleasure of working at ExecuSource for the last year and a half, and as with any office, the people are what make it. While we are here to do a job, who says you can't have fun while doing it?! There is always someone to turn to if I have a question, and always opportunity for me to share my "wealth of knowledge and wisdom". -Consistent new accounts and exciting business to be working on. -Great pay structure, with unlimited upward mobility to earn more! -Did I mention the people? A workplace that I truly enjoy walking into every morning, and my colleagues make that happen.

      Cons

      -We are in staffing, it goes without saying that there are ups and downs in this line of work. -If you are ok with the bare minimum, this is not the place - This company looks for people who are ready to work and succeed!

      Thank you for your feedback! I agree, it is the people who "make" a company and we are fortunate to have some awesome people! That being said, and you mention it, this is NOT a place for folks who aren't self motivated, entrepreneurial and want a paycheck. The teams, regardless of the location, are here to succeed personally and professionally and not interested in having peers who aren't as committed as they are. If you are reading this and considering us as an employer-know that the expectations are high but so are the rewards.

      Pros

      The company culture is incredible. With everyone being so unique, it creates an awesome family feel. The leaders here are the "no BS" type. They operate in transparency which is impossible to find in staffing. If there's an issue that needs to be solved, you can guarantee your voice will be heard. They expect you to get your work done but balance it with a fun environment. It is a professional work place and a great place to expand your skillsets!

      Cons

      Staffing is staffing so there are ups and downs but if you like the industry, it's a great place to be. The computers and tech is a little old school :)
