Pros
ExecuSource is really a great place. The best part of it are certainly the people. If you get the chance to work there, take it. Frank Green is the owner and Principal, and he's the most down to earth, genuine boss I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's extremely interested and vested in the success of his employees, and hand calls as initiates contact with all future employees. He gives you the tools to succeed, and is super receptive to feedback. David Curran and Tara Tranum are the lead recruiters and are absolutely fantastic people. They go out of their way down in and day out to help you succeed and make sure you're fully comfortable with anything. The job is really for those who want to make money and want to work hard. It's not the worlds hardest job, but with anything you've got to want to be successful and put in the steps to do it. Luckily they'll gladly help and guide you along the way. The compensation structure is more than fair, and the opportunity to make money is real, and is there. They meet all of their candidates and genuinely care about making sure they're placing them in places that allow them to succeed and be happy in their next career steps. It's a great place to work, and I'd highly recommend. If I hadn't gotten an offer to do what I've always been passionate about, I never would have left.
Cons
There really aren't many cons if any. The head of the finance and accounting team can be a little much and wear you down if you're a sales person. He is a successful salesman, and hey's one of the hardest workers in the room, but his leadership style isn't for everyone.
