Collaborative approach, dynamic group of people that want to see you succeed. Great commission structure, quarterly bonuses (that everyone in the office hits). The best part about it---all leadership spent years suffering through metric-drivin, large shop recruiting agencies and make sure that we are spending out day doing what we are hired to do--MAKE MONEY! Also, LinkedIn Recruiter Accounts

Cons

No real Con other than traffic on Piedmont rd. Oh and the cafeteria is on the same rotation.

Pros

The one thing that sets ExecuSource apart from the rest would be they care about their candidates as people. They respect experience, communicate, encourage/support and celebrate with you. You do not feel that you are just a commission or a number, you feel like family. The company I was placed with hired me full-time within 5 months from my contract start and my recruiter still reaches out to me to find out how I am doing!

Pros

I am currently on assignment with ExecuSource and have been very pleased with the professionalism of the office, and the immediate warmth I felt upon signing up with them. Ryan Carroll is my recruiter, and his down-to-earth personality made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I didn't feel like I was just a number with this agency, unlike so many others who just go down their list, and then forget about you. And trust me, that is THE most discouraging feeling when you are looking for work! I would highly recommend Execusource!
