      Horrible, toxic culture with a complete lack of professionalism. This company does not care about their employees.

      Pros

      I have been at ExecuSource for a year now and it has been nothing short of amazing! It is team oriented and offers a flexible work schedule. Also, the culture is the best I have seen. Leadership truly wants you to succeed & gives you all the tools & support necessary to do just that and more! It's too bad that all companies aren't like ExecuSource. I am happy that I joined the team!

      Pros

      Leadership is exceptional. They truly give to all the support you need and ask for. Truly set you up for success and care about your career. The earning potential it also essentially unlimited. No territories, no caps in commissions, no handcuffs.

      Cons

      There is a standard of excellence here that some people cannot handle. If you aren’t willing to work hard, and be somewhat entrepreneurial, this may not be the place for you. Health insurance benefits are on the expensive side, but all other benefits are exceptional.
