      Pros

      Great environment for anyone with entrepreneurial mindset and drive to thrive. You are given plenty of help and support but ultimately it's up to you to decide how you can contribute to your success. The culture is the BEST. As to how much money you can make, easily six figures by year 2 or 3.

      Cons

      I cannot thing of any.

      When you say " the culture is the BEST", I want to acknowledge you (and your team mates) as each of you make an impact on the culture of the company. So, when you speak positively about the environment, know that it is the "best" because of you-so THANK YOU!

      Great Career Opportunity If You Enjoy Staffing/Recruiting!

      Pros

      -Competitive pay...better salary than most and straightforward commission plan -Fun culture...lots of different backgrounds, plenty of laughs -Relatively flat organization...managers are doing the same work as the producers -Flexibility...no micromanagement is nice -Growth potential...the company is growing and investing in new markets -Annual Bonus...they do a big contest every other quarter or so and hand out cash prizes plus a big annual bonus at different performance thresholds

      Cons

      -Staffing is still staffing...you have to make a lot of calls and sometimes the hours are long can be long -Sales people don't necessarily get handed accounts right away...yes you will have to cold call -Nowhere to hide...it's not a huge office and management sits on the floor -Training...there is not a lot of training before they tell you to get on the phone -High expectations...their top producers make a lot of money and they expect the newer folks to grind just as hard, but it takes time to ramp up

      Thanks for your review, your perspective is much appreciated. Your "cons" are 100% accurate and should be taken seriously by anyone considering ExecuSource as an employer. FYI-the performance trip will be making be coming back, maybe not to Europe like before but stay tuned!

      Pros

      Decent pay, for the most part. Other than that, not much else I can think of. Owner has a decent vision but the company is just a drop in the ocean when it comes to staffing here in Atlanta.

      Cons

      Not enough accounts or actual real leads to keep more than one sales person busy. Outside sales role = cold calling at this place apparently. Also lots of recovering drug addicts get hired here for some reason, can't figure that one out, no really a con but more of a heads up.
