      A place where success is rewarded!!

      Pros

      Execusource believes in rewarding employees for their production and success. If you work at Execusource and you make placements, you WILL make money. I have worked in sales at some companies where it feels like they begrudgingly pay you your commissions and look for every loophole to try and get out of it. The management here loves to see their employees succeed and make a good living for themselves and their families. The best thing I can say about the firm is that the owners and managers are FAIR. They do their best to provide a level playing field for all employees and make sure that if you work for it, you get credit for it. Your success is the company's success and it is truly a great environment to work it.

      Cons

      It's not a place for slackers and isn't a place to sit in the corner and not be noticed. You can't hide. If you do not work, if you do not produce, if you do not give it your 100% effort every day then the matrix and commission board is posted for everyone to see. It is a very open environment therefore management and your fellow employees know if you are not focused on work and giving it your all. If you want be anonymous and not have accountability, then this is not the place for you. If you are motivated by money and want to be rewarded for your hard work then I couldn't suggest a better place.

      Great place to learn and develop

      Pros

      Collaborative approach, dynamic group of people that want to see you succeed. Great commission structure, quarterly bonuses (that everyone in the office hits). The best part about it---all leadership spent years suffering through metric-drivin, large shop recruiting agencies and make sure that we are spending out day doing what we are hired to do--MAKE MONEY! Also, LinkedIn Recruiter Accounts

      Cons

      No real Con other than traffic on Piedmont rd. Oh and the cafeteria is on the same rotation.

      Personal & Career Training in Boston,Quarterly Bonuses, Year-End bonus, Free trip to Spain based upon performance, Flexibility, Fun & Open environment, No limitations as to how you run your desk--Management genuinely cares about your career path and personal development. There is SO much money to be made @ ExecuSource-very competitive compensation package

      Cons

      The Pro of you owning your own activity and success could be a Con if you do not know how to self-motivate and have self-discipline.
