Pros

I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional job search/recruiter, Susan Burden, who assisted me in finding a new computer programming job that suits my skills and aspirations. Susan worked tirelessly to ensure that I secured the new job, and was extremely professional and proactive in searching for new opportunities with her company connections. During the entire process, she communicated effectively, providing me with clear and concise updates on the status of my job applications. Ultimately, Susan helped me secure a job opportunity that I am truly excited about, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is truly a standout in the field, and I am confident that she will help you find the perfect job as well

Cons

No cons; I did not experience any negative events with my job search assistance.

Pros

Keep track of your Candidates before they mysteriously disappear on you.

Cons

When hired they provide minimal training. After you have several people lined up for interviews at several different Companies they tell you the Companies now have a hiring freeze. Then they keep all your commissions. Management is cut throat.

Executive Alliance Response

This is not a truthful review. Although we have relatively low turnover, occasionally a new employee does not meet minimum standards despite our best efforts, and that is the case here. Every new employee goes through a training process with two managers that provide training and daily support. Executive Alliance has as liberal a commission process as is possible. The day a payment is received from a client, the commission on that payment is entered into our payroll system. We don’t even wait for the check to clear. Unfortunately, this employee was unsuccessful in identifying qualified candidates, so some of his/her clients found candidates on their own or may have put searches on hold. Clearly nobody should expect to be paid a commission when no revenue was received. We invite all candidates to speak with any of our employees, all listed on our website, to verify that our staff receives excellent training and support in a collaborative environment, and are paid commissions as soon as revenue is received. Also, we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau with zero complaints in 26 years.
