Hard to think of anything besides the benefits

The hours are long Men get paid more for the same job than woman consistently Women are treated like second class citizens

Pros

Very flexible work schedule, understanding of personal life, great benefits and friendly people. Plenty of room to advance in the company with many great opportunities.

Cons

It would be nice to be in a different location rather that the small isolated office. Or at least a way to meet more people within the very large company.

I met some great people there, including the girl I'm engaged to

Cons

My fiancee left because she wasn't being paid fairly, and I'm out the door as of the end of the year as well due to low pay Upper management is extremely disconnected from the way things work in real life Some managers act like you should be so grateful to work there that you should work for free
