We're all leaving because unless you're a man who already has drinking buddies there, you have nothing coming. Not good for your health, mentally or physically. They have health challenges, but then they turn around and have cookoffs and wing eating challenges. They are all about talent acquisition instead of talent retention. When you join, they make sure to lowball you and no one is allowed to know their salary range, so of course, you get the short end of the stick.
