      Great working environment. Even though the power and gas industry was new to me, I can honestly say that I love my job.

      Cons

      The hiring process took a while. I feel that the communication during this waiting period could be a bit better.

      Great work/life balance! Benefit package is great! Ability to focus on and finish tasks with reasonable completion timelines and focus on becoming an "expert" in role.

      Exelon a great place to work, my work is challenging but very rewarding. Exelon supports your education and certification goals, as well as offer many opportunities to succeed. Team-oriented environment, hard work pays off.

      The work-life balance keeps you from burning out; Offers the flexibility needed, at times, with a busy, ongoing schedule.
