Pros

Great people, culture, and environment. Constellation has given me a great opportunity at peeking into the career path that I have chosen. They're a great company to work for with a lot of opportunity within the company. The company is very engaged with their communities. They give back in many ways through programs, volunteering, internships to name a few. As a diverse company many groups exist which help develop individuals and network with others. This is a great company to work for in a more interesting than I thought energy industry.

Cons

As an intern some days are slow or repetitive, but not so terrible that you cant get through it.

Pros

Great to see how a large company operates from day to day. Work as a unit to get projects done on time. There is so much experience among the various members on the teams that you have a wide variety of knowledge to ask for help if needed.

Cons

Management is very busy and doesn't have as much time to prepare work for interns so it may be slow for throughout your time with the company.

Pros

Even though you are assigned to one department, it is really easy to get to know other departments you're interested in through events, or simply reaching out to people. Everyone is open and willing to talk about their work, which makes the experience so much more rewarding/interesting.

Cons

Your experience can differ based on the manager you are assigned to. Some interns spend days with nothing to do, while others are given meaningful work, taken to meetings, etc. The 10 weeks can get boring if you aren't the kind of person that likes to take initiative.
