Pros

Work Environment with team is great, some sharing knowledge, experience and shadowing is provided. Allowing new employees time to learn the specific business is also good.

Cons

Access to systems is extremely slow which impedes ability to gain knowledge thru training and reviewing material.

Pros

Exelon offers a great working environment with wonderful people. They encourage personal growth and advancement, and offer a good work life balance. Compensation and benefits are great too.

Pros

Exelon Offers Great Pay & Benefits, and above all a very welcoming work environment where challenges keep the day to day job interesting, but not overwhelming as people are always willing to help. Expectations are high but not unachievable.

Cons

It is not always easy to manage work life and home life compared to most careers, but nonetheless it is certainly achievable if you stay ahead and organized.
