Exhale provides several outlets for our associates to make comments via progressive management communications on email, phone, and also via our internal communications portal "Suggestion Box". All of our associates have access to this portal. Comments are 100% anonymous. We do our best to recognize exceptional talent and are proud that we often promote from within when we see that talent and the opportunity arises.
