All of our associates have access to this portal. Comments are 100% anonymous. We are confident that our compensation and benefits structures are fair and generous compared to industry standards. We also continually review our associate's compensation on an annual basis reward our associates with merit increases when they are merited. Thank you for your comments. We are very proud of our management training which is an ongoing process and one we take seriously.
