Hi, we are sorry for the late reply. We really appreciate your comments. Exhale provides several outlets for our associates to make comments via progressive management communications on email, phone, and also via our internal communications portal "Suggestion Box". All of our associates have access to this portal. Comments are 100% anonymous. We have a robust and committed support team throughout our organization that is very hands on and responsive to our unit leadership concerns and challenges if any. We are very proud of our management training which is an ongoing process and one we take seriously. Development is a continual process and exhale is committed to our leadership teams growth and development We feel our prices are competitive for the markets in which we operate. We strive to accommodate our guests needs every day and believe our continuing growth and longevity is a testament to that commitment and our success. Of course it is our desire to provide an atmosphere of teamwork and partnership. When we come up short we do our best to realign. Thank you for letting us know your thoughts. Pros

Free classes which are top of the line (aka you get a membership priced at $285/month for free ... not enough people take advantage of this) Discounted spa therapies Business based on helping people reach their wellness goals whether it is fitness related or health related -- not something shallow or pointless Can move up in the company easily if you show promise -- started off doing front desk, trained to be a teacher, now I am a Mind Body Manager

Cons

A lot to be accomplished with not enough people

Pros

it's great offering full hour sessions. it's also a tremendous relief to be limited to 5 sessions a day rather than 7-10 as many other companies require. the atmosphere is outstanding and management really cares.

Cons

commission only so no work = no pay.
