Pros

Free barre/cardio/yoga/HIIT/sports classes. Great discounts on services and boutique items. Fun, relaxing job; clientele is mostly there to relax or workout. Mostly autonomous work.

Cons

Management can be a little hectic and favoritism is high. Some clients can be hard to manage.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your comments. Our associate's insight is invaluable and is the best way for us to improve. You should also know that Exhale provides several outlets for our associates to make comments via progressive management communications on email, phone, and also via our internal communications portal "Suggestion Box". All of our associates have access to this portal. Comments are 100% anonymous. Should you have any additional thoughts or comments that you would like us to know but want to do so anonymously, the Intranet is a great place to do that. Again, thank you for your comments. We really appreciate them.

Pros

Free workout classes, celebrity clientele, they offer 30 min staff massages facials and mani pedi for a staff price of $25.

Cons

The staff gossips. Who you know not what you know moves you up the ladder. No full time positions. Once you reach a certain amount in raises they lessen your hours.

Hi, we are sorry for the late response. We are also sorry you seem to have had a bad experience while working for exhale. Exhale provides several outlets for our associates to make comments via progressive management communications on email, phone, and also via our internal communications portal "Suggestion Box". All of our associates have access to this portal. Comments are 100% anonymous. We have a robust and committed support team throughout our organization that is very hands on and responsive to our unit leadership concerns and challenges if any. We are very proud of our management training which is an ongoing process and one we take seriously. Development is a continual process and exhale is committed to our associate teams growth and development. We also pride ourselves on recognizing exceptional talent and promoting from within. We are confident that our compensation and benefits structures are fair and generous compared to industry standards. We pay above the federal minimum wage in all cases and often above state minimum wage. Again, we are sorry that you seem to have had a poor working experience with exhale. We fully understand that not all working relationships are fruitful and wish all our former associates the best in their journeys.
