Pros

Advantages of the spa services, learned more on customer service, and being charismatic to sell. The barre classes, instructors, and estheticians are great!

Cons

Terrible management, unprofessional, disorganized. The only job I've had that I have had to quit in less than 5 months, and their turn over rate is insane.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had a less than desirable experience. We believe we recruit and hire soulful associates and that our management teams are enthusiastic, energetic, and business savvy. We understand that not every experience is 100%, but we certainly strive to be. Thank you again for your feedback. We can only learn by an open and honest dialogue. Best wishes.

Pros

Amazing People, Nice Facility (besides the cleanliness), Good Insurance

Cons

To stay in the Loews is 300 + per night. Yet the spa is run terribly. For the whole time, I worked there not one cleaning crew came in to properly clean the place. There is no good reason to have someone come in business casual say, wearing a dress cleaning bathrooms and wiping down mats at the front desk. The first time I saw the steam rooms I gasped at how disgusting they were. I would never sit in them and would suggest no one does. They are low on staff forcing front desk people to clean and upkeep the place when there is a whole job position for that. You get paid $15 an hour (practically minimum wage) for doing way too much. Management claims they have no budget to pay more or hire more help yet, one employee who works one time a week gets $20 + an hour. And was given a raise just so they wouldn't quit altogether (given this employee has been with the company for many years). Members complain left and right about things not being run right. Claiming the previous management and owners would never let it be run this way. All can see the decline in this "luxury" place.
