I see no pros since new ownership took over

Cons

I had a very negative experience since new ownership took over. The new owner frequently verbally abused, bullied, and threatened me and my colleagues. Despite reporting these incidents to HR, no actions were taken. I often worked 10+ hour days, sometimes up to 70 hours a week, without any support or response from my superiors. In emails to them, I mentioned that due to the lack of support, I sometimes couldn't use the restroom or eat and still no actions were taken. I would highly recommend not working here. The lack of support and unprofessional behavior from the owner created a toxic work environment that would cause anyone significant anxiety and distress.

Pros

You have the ability to take group fitness classes for free, however; you can only do this on your days off. Not before, during, or after your shift.

Cons

No free parking. Abusive, retaliatory General Managers. Non-responsive HR person. Over-all lack of leadership capabilities from upper management down to general and assistant managers. New owners cut corners and started using lesser quality products but raised prices for services. We haven't gotten a raise in 4 years. After the new owners bought us they cut our pay by $10.
