Pros

Free classes, management of the location I work at is amazing. Very accommodating .

Cons

The spa needs to kept up to standards for the price of membership charged from the guests. Management needs to appreciate and reward people for their loyalty and hard work.. especially people who have stuck around for a long time.

Pros

Pros include free yoga and barre classes, 10% off boutique items, occasional larger discounts on spa therapies and boutique items, a potentially flexible schedule, some great customers, and the lovely therapists and people behind the desk. Showers and steam room at work, as well as lockers available for use. Occasional freebies, samples, work events, and other small perks.

Cons

Training was inadequate. The influence of corporate on our branch created an anxious atmosphere for the managers which then frequently bled down to reception. Guest check-in often happens when spa therapies end which can be overwhelming for the front desk. Pay is low. There are many new discounts and packages, prices, expiration dates, etc. every month and it's challenging to be well versed on them month to month. Some guests and members can be quite difficult.
