Pros
Exigo has an awesome environment for collaborative work. The development spaces are open and allow room for teams to gather around a computer or whiteboard to work together to learn and solve problems. The lighting is also a plus for developers. There is no harsh, bright lighting. The rooms are kept on the darker side. I also can't believe that we now have our own chef to prepare breakfast AND lunch 5 DAYS PER WEEK. This is a huge benefit. The employees also have a lot of fun together. There are contests such as remote control helicopter races and counterstrike tournaments. Exigo is very different and has been great so far.
Cons
Exigo is a growing company. With that comes growing pains. So far these have not had a huge affect on me. Management does everything they can to always explain what is going on, what is expected, and what is coming down the track.
