Pros

I felt that everyone on the team genuinely cared about each other, and the products we were making. Freedom to be creative. Awesome work and you're not stovepiped into doing only one thing. Senior management is transparent with company goals and struggles, which I appreciated.

Cons

No clear career progression plan. A lot of really smart people, but some of them are in the wrong roles. A few people in management positions who should not be managers. Limited ability to WFH and a limited schedule flexibility.
