- Great Company culture - Good Pay compared to market - Good People and good work - One of the better ones in Delhi NCR

Cons

- Current leadership is new and changing EG Culture - lots of periodic layoffs - No focus on having senior leadership in India. Hits limits on long term growth for employees in India
